Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, we need to hear from you within an hour of the order being placed to cancel this for you. If your order has already started with our editing/creative team, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please e-mail us with your order number.
If you e-mail after this one-hour window and your order has already started, we will not be able to cancel your order, nor refund you, we are so sorry! These are highly customized products and not items that we can re-sell or return to a shelf. If an order has been printed it must be shipped as ordered.
Also, we are paying our Editing/Creative team already.
Damaged Product:
If the product is faulty, or damaged, please take photos as you have just opened up the parcel, this will help us to contact the courier company asap. Please also keep the packaging with ALL the delivery details.
What we will do is resend the Frame again, free of charge (not the Portrait Image, this would not be broken or faulty.
