How do I ensure my image will print well?
To ensure your image prints well, make sure it’s of high resolution (300 DPI).
- A4: 8 x 12" (21 x 30 cm): 2500x3500 pixels (300 DPI)
- A3: 11 x 16" (29 x 42 cm): 3500x5000 pixels (300 DPI)
- A2: 16 x 23" (42 x 60 cm):5000x7000 pixels (300 DPI)
As a general rule, we recommend photos that are taken in natural light. Indoor photos at low
light can look fuzzy.
If you are worried about a particular photo, we can help! Send us the photo along with the
product/size you are looking to print and we will give you frank assessment.
What kind of files do you accept?
Our uploader can accept .jpeg, .png, or .heic files at this time.
Can I edit an order I have already placed?
We are unable to make any edits to an existing order once it has been placed. Please be
careful while placing your order! The preview screens will show you what size product you have selected.
If you have made an error in your order please e-mail us as soon as possible with your order number (it can be found in your confirmation email) If the order has not yet printed, we will be able to cancel your order for you so you may re-order the product or photos you prefer.
Our processor is highly automated, which is great for getting items to you quickly!
However, this automation means that we are unable to edit orders that have been already placed.
Can I use Instagram photos for the square sizes?
Newer Instagram photos are 1080x1080 pixels, so are technically large enough for both the
8x8” and 10x10” sizes. Older Instagram photos can be much smaller, so may not be large
enough for this product.
For the highest quality print, we do recommend using your original files for this particular
product as Instagram does compress images. We have more information on how large we
recommend printing photos here.
Can I reorder a past purchase?
You only have the opportunity to purchase the same Portrait within 6 weeks of delivery; this
is because of our unique “only one” destroying of ALL images/photos. However you can
order a different portrait style and re-submit a new order, again though ALL images/photos
WILL BE DETROYED after 6 weeks delivered.
Can I speed up production?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the production time on an order. Our processor is
highly automated, which is great for processing your orders. Unfortunately this also means
that we are physically unable to move an order ahead in the queue, and must create on a
first come first serve basis.
Can I change my address?
If you would like to change your address please email us ASAP. Generally we can change the shipping addresses of unshipped orders, but time is of the essence!
When we change your address on our end, this will not show up on your shipping confirmation notice. This e-mail pulls information from a static page, so any changes we made may not be reflected on the e-mail.
If your order has already shipped we cannot change your shipping address. (This includes orders that say 'shipping label created', these have most likely already left the building.)
Please be careful when entering your information!
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order we need to hear from you within an hour of the order
being placed to cancel this for you. If your order has already started with our editing/creative
team we will be unable to cancel your order. Please e-mail us with your order number.
If you e-mail after this one hour window and your order has already started, we will not be able to cancel your order, nor refund you, we are so sorry! These are highly customized products and not items that we can re-sell or return to a shelf. If an order has been printed it
must be shipped as ordered. Also we are paying our Editing/Creative team already.
How can I check the status of my order?
On your confirmation e-mail, there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your orderships.
Can I expedite my shipping?
While we are unable to speed up production, we can up your shipping speed for you. If you have not yet placed your order, we have expedited shipping options at checkout for all orders.
If your address does not show an expedited shipping option at checkout, please place your order and email us your order number and we can quote you for the additional cost for expedited shipping.
If you have already placed your order and would like to expedite the shipping, please e-mail customer service with your order number (6-digit numeric code that can be found on your
confirmation e-mail.)
The estimated arrival date of expedited shipments is in no way guaranteed. We cannot
control the forces that sway delivery.
