Yes, it is the company policy that every member of staff has it.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Direct Debit, After pay / Klarna.

Will I be able to view my images before purchasing my photo packages?
Answer:
Unfortunately we do not give proofs of images.

Do you take sibling photos?
Answer:
Yes, however the team’s time slot may not be the same as your other child therefor we would have to schedule a time during the event which maybe very difficult, so we could not promise this.

I have more than one child at the club can I order for them all at the same time?
Answer:

What should I do if my child is absent on photo day?
Answer:
Unfortunately, times and dates are set by the clubs time schedule and once we have completed the Event, we do not go back to photo again.
Question:
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
Answer:
You will get an email or text message (if you have provided us with these) to inform you when the portraits have been delivered to your club.
Orders are sent directly to the club where you will pick them up from them, the club will also inform you.
Question:
My order is incorrect or I have an issue, what should I do?
Answer:
Call us on 07936 617101 Immediately as we only keep images for 6 weeks.
We do a 'thorough quality check' on all of our Portraits prior to dispatch and we are confident in what we deliver before we send your order.
Question:
Can I order photos from previous years?
Answer:
Unfortunately not, we only store images for 6 weeks, then ALL images are destroyed for the Child's safety.
Question:
Do you offer replacement Portraits?
Answer:
If there is a quality problem from our end, we will replace the photo, however we do have a strict in-house quality check process before any of our portraits are delivered. If there is an issue please email us directly ASAP.
Question:
How long do you keep photos on file?
Answer:
We store Images (on a secure Cloud) for 6 Weeks ONLY from when you receive your Portrait(s).
We are very different than other companies; we destroy All images.
As a family run business and parents of children we would not want any club/school keeping our children’s photo images at all on their computers.
